1. Booking & Retainers
To secure a session date, a non-refundable retainer is required. Your portrait session is not confirmed until this retainer is received by the studio. The remainder of your session fee is due on the day of your scheduled shoot.
We accept payment via major credit cards and bank transfers. All prices are final and non-negotiable at the time of booking. By paying the retainer, you agree to these session terms.
2. Rescheduling & Cancellations
We understand that family life is unpredictable. If you need to reschedule your portrait session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Your retainer may be transferred to a new date within three months of the original booking.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session, or failure to arrive for your session without notice, will result in the forfeiture of your retainer. In the event of studio cancellation due to illness or emergency, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
3. Artwork & Image Delivery
Your finished portraits will be available for review in a secure online gallery within three weeks of your session. Our studio carefully selects and beautifully edits the final images to ensure they reflect our natural, warm aesthetic.
Raw files or unedited photographs are never released, as they do not represent our finished standard of professional photography. Printed artwork and digital packages are ordered only after full payment is received.
4. Copyright & Usage
Daylight Portrait Studio retains the copyright to all images created during your session. We grant you a personal print release for any digital files you purchase, allowing you to print the photos for personal use and share them with friends and family.
Images may not be altered, edited with filters, sold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the studio. We reserve the right to use images for our portfolio and marketing, unless you request privacy in writing before your session.
